"Seth just did a wonderful job finishing our basement. Our basement was just the bare concrete walls, with 2 walls of metal framing that the previous owner began to build. Seth followed our plans precisely (with a couple of his own suggestions for improvement) to create a 450 sq ft rec room, 115 sq ft office, bathroom, 4 closets, and laundry room, all with insulated and dry walled walls and ceilings. His work was meticulous - we can't even see the seams in the drywall, and he even came back after the job was done once we got the carpet installed to shave the bottoms of the doors that were a little too long. He was very tidy throughout the process too - always swept the floor and packed up his tools every day before leaving. It's very obvious that he puts a lot of pride into his work. He's also a genuinely nice, honest guy that we really enjoyed working with for the 6 weeks he was here. We plan to have him back to remove the top half of the load-bearing wall between our living room and kitchen. We highly recommend Seth for your project!"
